Marcus is the Founder & Chairman of Integrella and CEO of MyAutobot, with nearly 30 years’ experience delivering mission-critical enterprise technology across industries. He is a proven entrepreneur who scaled Integrella into a trusted digital transformation partner serving 50+ blue-chip clients across healthcare, finance, and beyond.

Marcus Davies

Founder & Chairman, UK

Mark has a wealth of experience in leading transformation and digital programmes across healthcare and technology. He has held senior roles including CEO of AI health technology company HN, Deputy National Director for Urgent and Emergency Care at NHS England, Managing Director of one of the NHS’s first Integrated Care Systems – Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes ICS, and Chief Transformation and Digital Officer at Luton and Dunstable Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

Paul Byford is a senior technology and consulting leader with over 25 years’ experience delivering software development and advisory services to UK and international clients. He has led the successful delivery of high-profile applications, large-scale data migrations, complex integration programmes, and SaaS digital products for organisations including Jaguar Land Rover, Ford Motor Company, Morningstar, Trinity College London, King’s College Hospital, and NHS England.

Paul Byford

Vipul Makwana is an accomplished IT leader with over 24 years of experience in technology strategy, solution architecture, enterprise application development, and digital transformation. He has successfully delivered high-value technology solutions across the retail, manufacturing, education, and workforce sectors for global organisations including PepsiCo, Toyota, BASF, and Sunoco. As MD of our India hub, Vipul is responsible for building and scaling offshore team engineering team in India, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
