We are thankful to the technical, operational, nursing, and clinical teams across King’s, eConsult (a Huma Company), Integrella, and NHS London Digital UEC team for their dedication to deliver this project successfully in record time. We look forward to the next phase of working with all stakeholders on embedding this new process for our patient community.

The 999 Transfer of Care programme is removing friction from one of the most time-critical points in the patient journey. By automating the flow of accurate, real-time information ahead of arrival in the emergency department, we’re reducing manual transcription, supporting earlier triage and release ambulance crews back to patients faster - directly supporting our ambition to improve Category 2 response times. Integrella has been a key delivery partner, co-designing with our clinicians and Trusts to deliver a robust, secure integration built around patient safety and operational reliability.

We'd like to acknowledge the excellent support the team at Integrella have provided, both to our operational staff on the ground and their collaboration with our ICT department at King's College Hospital. They have consistently been polite and personable and highly effective in explaining complex IT and Database matters in a clear & accessible way. We greatly enjoy working with the team and look forward to continuing the partnership throughout.

The project went live on time and within budget, which was an achievement considering the strict timeframe to deliver by the end of the year. Without the Integrella contribution it is questionable whether this would have been the case.

Key to success of the delivery of the encompass programme has been the cohesive working relationship encompass have developed with Integrella, who provide Interfacing resource and expertise, following successful contracting. Working with the HSCNI encompass team the relationships developed have helped foster a team environment which has contributed to the overall success of the encompass Interfacing team.
