Integrella Adds 70th Support Customer

London — August 18th, 2012 – Integrella, a leading UK business integration and middleware consultancy, is pleased to announce the signing of its 70th support customer. Luton and Dunstable, an NHS Foundation Trust, is utilizing Integrella’s services for the maintenance and technical support of InterSystems Ensemble.
2012 has been a busy year for Integrella, seeing a sharp increase in customers, as well as the expansion of our team. A particularly high-growth sector for the company has been the on-boarding of NHS trusts and healthcare-related clients, such as West Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust in May. The addition of Luton and Dunstable constitutes yet another major InterSystems Ensemble customer for Integrella.
Integrella’s Solution Support Centre for InterSystems customers is particularly proven, working complementary standard vendor support agreement. Integrella’s service provides 24×7, break-fix support of even customized solutions, as well as the product, all of which is managed under a strict service level agreement. The result of Integrella’s service is a further cutting of costs and an increase in efficiency — two areas that are particularly attractive to NHS organizations who utilize InterSystems Ensemble as their primary data solution.
